Spring into Health

Spring into Health, is a joint initiative with Western Sydney Local Health District and libraries from Western Sydney.

Here you will find many resources, online programs and health tips to help and encourage a healthy lifestyle by being active, eating healthy and not smoking.

We have videos about staying active for older people and life style talks in Mandarin and Korean. For the children and parents we have also included a special online health themed story time and a healthy lunchbox video!
