Spring into Health, is a joint initiative with Western Sydney Local Health District and libraries from Western Sydney.
Here you will find many resources, online programs and health tips to help and encourage a healthy lifestyle by being active, eating healthy and not smoking.
We have videos about staying active for older people and life style talks in Mandarin and Korean. For the children and parents we have also included a special online health themed story time and a healthy lunchbox video!

Bilingual Healthy Lifestyle Program
These talks will be presented in Mandarin and Korean and will focus on 5 ways to stay healthy, including a list of health services that are available to the community to help embrace healthy eating and exercise options.

Active Parramatta provides an Energetic Yoga class for intermediate Yoga practitioners for strength and balance. The Instructor, Sudhir Mooray is a certified Yoga teacher from the International Yoga Teachers Association and teaches regularly.
