ABOUT THE COUNCIL: 
The City of Parramatta Council (Council) is located 24 kilometres west of the Sydney CBD and provides a range of goods and services within a local government area (LGA) encompassing some 84 square kilometres and comprises a population of approximately 260,296 people from a range of diverse cultures, lifestyles and experiences.

ABOUT THE TENDER:  
Council is seeking to form a panel of approved legal service providers, to serve as an extension to its in-house legal team, in circumstances where particular subject matter expertise and/or additional resourcing, is required.

The term of the contract will be three years, with two extension periods, each of 12 months’ duration, exercisable at Council’s sole discretion.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME: 
Tenders close at 10.00 am on Friday, 30 May 2025 and submissions must be fully received by this time. Council is not bound to accept the lowest price tender or to give reason for rejecting a tender and may reject any or all tenders submitted. Additionally, any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Council staff shall disqualify the relevant tender. Late, verbal, facsimile, hard copy, or emailed submissions will not be accepted.
