Community Care magazine
(Back to top)City of Parramatta Community Care team believes that everyone has the right to a good life. But what does that mean?
It is different for every individual, so in turn, it makes sense that our approach to service delivery is customised based on what you need.
Where possible, we deliver services that keep you independent and strengthen your position within the home, so you can remain independent for as long as possible. This often means helping you to help yourself.
Our magazine is full of useful information and social outings.
For more information on how you can become involved and engage our help, please give us a call on (02) 9806 5121 or ask for a referral through My Aged Care or your NDIS provider.
The Community Care magazine is published four times a year (once every season). You will find the latest edition on this page.
