In order to claim a refund please complete an online refund form and attach a copy of your ticket or receipt. Refunds are only approved in cases where there is a malfunction of equipment, and this malfunction must be verified. Misplacing your entry ticket does not entitle you to a refund.

A claim needs to be made within 5 business days.
