Council are seeking expressions of interest from professional and highly capable food and beverage operators for a retail food tenancy within the Parramatta Aquatic Centre (PAC).
City of Parramatta Council's preference is for an experienced, Sydney-based operator who has a concept that aligns to the vision of an all-day modern, fresh and healthy Café & possesses the aptitude to deliver the required concepts to bring this aspirational facility to life.
A high energy, creative and dynamic operator delivering innovative food and hospitality concepts that meet the demands of the facility and the Parramatta community at large.
This Cafe will complement the needs of the PAC customer & remain progressive, diverse and offering healthy option menus to cater for the Parramatta & adjoining LGA
customers.
The Café tenancy will be provided with a hot shell fit out that includes a large majority
of catering equipment for normal café operations.
