PHIVE Presents: Term 4 2025 After School TaeKwonDo (Ages 7 - 12)

Join our new Taekwondo program for children aged 7 to 12, designed to help students grow physically, mentally and emotionally through the values of martial arts.

Experience action-packed 45-minute classes in a safe, inclusive, and fun environment, led by motivated instructors who blend discipline with encouragement—plus enjoy belt progression, grading opportunities and even friendly competitions to keep kids inspired and engaged every step of the way!

What Children Will Learn

Fundamental Taekwondo Techniques: Kicks, punches, blocks, and stances.

Forms (Poomsae): Patterns that build coordination, memory, and flow.

Self-Defence Skills: Age-appropriate methods to stay safe.

Respect and Focus: Courtesy, discipline, and the ability to listen and follow instructions.

Fitness and Agility: Speed, flexibility, strength, and balance.

Confidence & Teamwork: Overcoming challenges in a supportive environment.

Date: Tuesdays 21st October - 9th December 2025

Time: 4pm - 4:45pm

What to bring: Water bottle, comfortable activewear or taekwondo uniform

Location: Dharug Country, Active Wellness Studios, Level 3, PHIVE 5 Parramatta Square

Cost: $15 per session or $80 for the term

We welcome beginners and experienced students alike — no prior experience necessary!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• The program is open to children aged between 7 - 12 years old

• Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow the program to start on time

• For children aged 7 to 10 years: Parents and Guardians are welcome to stay or may sign in their children, but must remain onsite within PHIVE and be contactable for the duration of the program
