Community Satisfaction

Council strives to provide services that satisfy community needs and expectations.

To measure community satisfaction, Council engages an independent social research consultancy to conduct the annual Community Satisfaction Survey. This survey measures perceptions of Council, its current and future services, and community priorities over time.
