Health and fitness programs

Active Parramatta is dedicated to delivering high quality health and fitness programs to support the health and wellbeing of residents, workers and visitors of Parramatta Local Government Area (LGA).

Registration

Registrations are open all year with classes suitable for all levels of fitness.

Classes are available onsite at various locations in the LGA or online.

Free exercise programs for over 55s delivered by the Active Parramatta Van and funded by Sport Australia’s Better Ageing Grant.

Registrations are essential.

Holistic fitness – telephone and mail

Increase confidence to exercise and gain gradual exposure to the many aspects of health and wellbeing.

Mondays to Thursdays, 1 February to 25 March 2021 by appointment.

A weekly timeslot is allocated where participants can directly communicate with a health professional for advice about any aspect of the program.
