Health and fitness programs

Active Parramatta is dedicated to delivering high quality health and fitness programs to support the health and wellbeing of residents, workers and visitors of Parramatta Local Government Area (LGA). 

Our programs run all year round, with activities suitable for many wellbeing goals and all levels of fitness.

Registrations

Registrations are essential and open on Monday, 27 June 2022 at 9am. Registrations are welcome anytime, even after classes have started.

Bookable
