Active Parramatta is dedicated to delivering high quality health and fitness programs to support the health and wellbeing of residents, workers and visitors of Parramatta Local Government Area (LGA).

Registrations are open all year with classes suitable for all levels of fitness.
Term 1 activities

Better ageing activities
(Back to top)Free exercise programs for over 55s delivered by the Active Parramatta Van and funded by Sport Australia’s Better Ageing Grant.
Registrations are essential.
