Rates Refund Application

You can request a refund of a credit balance on a rates account using the form on this page. All Rate refunds incur a processing fee, prior to a refund of a credit balance being investigated. The refund fee is $40 for each rate account request and must be paid prior to a refund request being actioned.

The application is subject to Council’s approval and may take up to 21 business days to process.
