PHIVE is host to unique spaces that are available to hire, these spaces include the Discovery Space, Civic Gallery, and Civic Reception Room. 

Civic Gallery 

Located on the top floor of PHIVE, overlooking Parramatta Square and the public domain, is the Civic Gallery. With soaring ceilings and views it is sure to impress your guests at your next dinner reception, conference, workshop or special celebration.

This room features ceiling and column speakers with a mobile video conference screen available if required. 

About the venue

Large meeting rooms are perfect for hosting a boardroom luncheon or facilitating a team building day. A kitchenette is available for hire when booking the large meeting rooms on level three. You can hire these rooms as individual rooms, or open up the partitions to create a combined space for larger audiences. The room features a display screen and sound for wireless presentation.

Our small meeting rooms are perfect for small corporate meetings or community gatherings in a boardroom style setting. The room is fully equipped with the latest AV technology that can host your next Hybrid meeting or presentation.
