School Holiday Program Guidelines
Please review our guidelines to enhance your registration and attendance experience:
- Registration: Children will require a valid registration to attend and participate in the school holiday classes. Placement on the waiting list does not guarantee a place.
- Class Registration Limits: Each family may book three classes in our school holiday program. Duplicate, overlapping or bookings with conflicting timeslots (e.g., Tennis, Skateboarding) are not permitted and may be cancelled.
- Age Group Accuracy: Children must be registered an age-appropriate class. Providing incorrect information may result in cancellation and inability to participate.
- Waiver Requirements: Some classes (e.g. Aerial Enchantment, Skateboarding, Jiu Jitsu) require signed waivers. Please allow extra time to complete the necessary forms.
- Parental Supervision: A parent or guardian for each child will be checked in by council staff and must remain onsite for the duration of each class. Drop offs are not permitted.
- Punctuality: Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the class for check in with Council staff.
- Cancellations: If you are unable to attend, please cancel your booking via Bookable or email recreation@cityofparramatta.nsw.gov.au . Failure to do so may result in exclusion from programs.
- Additional Support Needs: Children of all abilities are welcome. Please let us know if your child requires additional support, so we can make the necessary arrangements. This information remains confidential between Council staff and the instructors.
- What to Bring: Children should dress appropriately, wear enclosed shoes (no thongs or crocs), bring water, a hat and apply sunscreen.
