About Councillor Ange Humphries

Councillor Ange Humphries was elected to City of Parramatta Council in December 2021. She represents the North Rocks Ward.

As a new Councillor, Ange is committed to working hard for the community to achieve the best outcomes for the residents and businesses of the North Rocks Ward and the City of Parramatta. She is keen to see it grow and thrive with new opportunities and community facilities for all residents and visitors.

Professionally, Ange has over twenty years experience in the media, marketing, crisis management and public relations industries, including sharing her expertise and experience as a Guest Lecturer at Western Sydney University.

A self-described soccer mum of a 12-year-old daughter, Ange is keen to advocate for the needs and wants of our community in the areas of youth affairs, mental health advocacy, culturally and linguistically diverse communities, aged care services and the advancement of facilities for carers and older people. She is also a passionate disability services advocate and voluntary advisor.
