When leading Parramatta-based recruitment powerhouse, Reo Group, needed a space for their 2025 breakfast seminar that felt as sharp, modern, and ambitious as they are, PHIVE’s award-winning design and flexible spaces struck them as the perfect match.

A morning of big ideas

Against the light-filled backdrop of the Civic Gallery, 75 attendees gathered for a keynote presentation from renowned economist Paul Bloxham. Set up in a theatre format, the space came to life with PHIVE’s cutting-edge in-house AV - featuring a large stage, flat-screen TVS, and lectern microphones, delivering a flawless high-impact experience.

PHIVE’s state-of-the-art, flexible venues met Reo Group’s brief perfectly.

While the striking Civic Gallery played host to the main event, the adjoining Level 4 Foyer buzzed with energy as guests registered and mingled over artisanal breakfast platters and barista-made coffee.

Beyond the glass, the open-air terrace overlooking Parramatta Square offered a breath of fresh air — a perfect spot for relaxed networking under the morning sky, and providing a seamless flow between spaces.
